I went there today with my dad because he gave me a car. Sandra and Navkinder were very nice, polite and helpful. They explained complicated insurance stuff very clearly and patiently but without making me feel like a moron. I will definitely go there for insurance from now on.

Tracy Foley is an asset to this company. Selling insurance is not an easy job especially in today's market and environment. Not only did Tracy clearly explain the situation with my home insurance and premiums, but she looked into all potential scenarios of coverages and costs, and was able to find a plan that made me very comfortable with my coverage, but also was able ot find all the possible cost savings on my premium. If you have to insure your home, which most of us do, please call Tracy and she will be honest and fair with all possible plans that Westland can provide.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Navi at Westland Insurance and I must say, she was absolutely amazing. Navi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with all of my insurance needs. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options and made sure I had the coverage that was best suited for me. Navi was also very friendly and personable, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Worked with Sandra Pooni during the purchase of our new home. I have dealt with other companies in Abbotsford in the past but will not be going back. The level of care was outstanding and the depth of knowledge Sandra had gave me significant confidence that I was getting the correct coverage for our families home. I can't speak highly enough of her deep process and unbelievable communication starting from initial request for quote to the followup call after we moved in to see how everything went and review the policy for a second time after we had settled and the stress from packing was over.
