Shawna was my digital rep for my first insurance policy and everything was easy and as expected. Shawna was quick to respond to all questions and available for a call anytime I needed things explained. The quote also came in lower than I expected and it was one of the easier parts of my first home buying experience. I can recommend instead of giving your info to multiple websites to just contact Westland.

Ever since the COVID "shutdown" in 2020 I have been renewing my car insurance via phone/on line. Amandeep Ferris at Westland Insurance has been so nice to work with each year. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and she even sends me a reminder email a few weeks before my renewal date. I really appreciate her assistance.

Westland Insurance is amazing if you’re looking to get quick and efficient insurance coverage and estimates. I worked with Jenelle over the course of a few days. She helped me quickly set up a quote and application. She was incredible at responding to emails quickly and had great communication. Thank you so much!

I have found a great option for my annual car insurance renewal, Westland Insurance handles a 21st century style car insurance renewal - which means you don't have to walk several kilometers to the insurance office (as I would always do my renewal the day after expiry) carrying your papers with you... Instead, I found Westland Insurance last year when I was convinced that there was an easier way to renew my insurance. To my surprise they can do a renewal in about 5 minutes over the phone - everything is done through email and electronically sign able pdf's. I am not going back to the old ways of heading down to the office, talking to someone on the other side of an anti covid-19 screen and sitting in my seat waiting for the agent to ask me 20 questions and print off a dozen documents for half a dozen signatures. No, from now on I am staying with the friendly and fast agents on the phone from Westland Insurance. My last interactions with Marjot was very painless and even pleasant! Dave A.

For years my trusted Insurance Agent was Jennifer Wilson. Since her well deserved promotion Ann Wright has been assigned to my Policies. I found her tolerant of my errors, good humoured , friendly, knowledgeable and intuitive. Traits that are uncommon and rare these days. A+.
