Westland insurance has been my preferred choice for fulfilling my insurance needs for several years now. Elena provides excellent service 👏 👏 She is knowledgeable, polite and friendly. It's always a pleasant experience when visiting for service. Their office is conveniently located, and easily accessible from inside or outside the mall. They even call to help with renewals before they come due! Overall, great service in a bright and friendly office! They should be your first call for your insurance needs!

Michael was very knowledgeable. He provided me with options and also did a price comparative for my private insurance. Very friendly demeanor. I highly recommend Westland I used to have all my insurance with another agency (which is a 2 minute walk from my home), but was very disappointed with the service I have been receiving over the last 2 years. I am slowly moving all my insurance policies to Westland. I would much rather spend the extra time to drive to Westland to receive the service, than walk the two minutes for sub-par service.

We've dealt with Amberly for many years and she has been such a pleasure to work with. Communication has always been prompt and helpful, and the customer service is more than we would have expected. The online portal is also really user friendly and very convenient, would recommend Westland for sure.
