She will attend you as fast as she can as she’s the only one there that will register you, receive your payment and set you up for the knowledge test/photo/eyesight check. She notices everyone so no need to remind her of your presence, just take a number and she’ll help you out asap.

I have been to Westland 3 times in the past 2 weeks to complete a written drivers test and every time I’m greeted by Pita, who has been a massive help. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve had a pleasant experience and gotten what I’ve needed. The last time I went in, Pita was assisted by Lani who was extremely nice and helpful! Thank you both for being so great!

Although facing technical difficulties at first which was out of their control, Vivien was adamant on making sure she did everything to expedite the process. Once the computer system was operational, Vivien took me through the provincial switchover speedily. Honami then took me through the insurance and registration process seamlessly. Overall a proactive and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.
