She was efficient and friendly, and at my request called ICBC to check on whether a previous incident was affecting my insurance or not and, without going into details, she did this in a skillful and conscientious way. Even she did my car insurance renewal process smoothly.Very grateful for the excellent service, I definitely recommend this location. Thank you

I needed to renew my car insurance policy but was too busy to go to the Westland insurance office. Instead, I called and spoke with Sukhwinder. She explained the renewal process over the phone and walked me through everything I needed to do. She completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently, saving me the time and hassle of going to the office in person. Sukhwinder was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fast and reliable policy renewal experience.

Harpinder and Paulette were phenomenal! We had a lot to process with renewing insurance and trading a couple vehicles. They both did an excellent job helping us figure out all the details. There was another gentlemen that helped quicken the process, but I forgot his name! I appreciated all of their professional advice and enjoyed their personable character!

This location/office has great customer service. Derek and the team went above and beyond. They got me the best + affordable option for home and auto insurance. I definitely recommend this location/office. 👍

Sukhwinder not only took the time to explain all my options on the phone prior to my arrival, but she treated me with courtesy, respect and kindness in person as well. She explained everything thoroughly, even though it took up considerable time. That was on me not her. Lol. 5 stars!
