I have been using Westland for my auto insurance for a number of years and have always had great customer service. I recently went to see Julia for a quote for my house insurance as I was considering changing providers. Julia went above and beyond providing a quote. She took the time to explain some of the options I have and gave me a few options to take back to my current provider. She also advised me on some of the things I had to do to my home to keep my insurance valid and in good standing. Although Westland's quote was a little bit more than what I'm currently paying, I'm considering changing anyway just based on the service. Thanks Westland and Julia!

I have just completed my insurance needs with Amanda, wonderful experience, she is kind, patient, knowledgeable and more that helpful with her sunny disposition. Makes getting insurance a breeze, not the usual stressful experiences at other brokers.. thanks.

Amanda was absolutely amazing! I called right before closing hours, but that didn’t stop her from making sure I was 100% taken care of! I am grateful for her being on the other end of the phone last night. With out her patience, kindness to hear my story and brilliant knowledge, I would have been left with a tow and impound fee all because my insurance had expired, and I changed address. Amanda deserves more than a Five Star rating ⭐️
