As EVP Insurance, Don Thompson oversees national commercial operations, claims, accounting operations, in-house insurance programs, underwriting, and Guardian risk managers. A Certified Public Accountant, Don brings to his role over 30 years of insurance company leadership and growth strategy experience. He appreciates the humble, family-oriented and collaborative culture at Westland, and he is excited about extending its organizational culture and expertise nationally across Canada.
