The Westland Insurance Talent Acquisition team is extremely proud to be part of and support such an employee-centric organization. While this pandemic has introduced the need to adapt to new ways of working, our management team was quick in preempting the impacts. Remote ways of working were introduced across our business very early to support the needs of our employees.
