We are taking important steps to help you stay protected
Our Westland Alberta retail locations have shifted our operations to address customer needs by phone and email. We are taking this important step to protect our employees and clients by eliminating face to face interactions as much as possible. We appreciate your patience, as call and email volume may be higher than normal.
Our locations remain staffed and open for business, but in a new way. Our hours of operations will remain the same to ensure we can best serve you. We will adjust as needed, and will update our hours of operation on our website and google listings.

Alberta Registry Services
The Registrar of Motor Vehicles has advised all expirations on Alberta Motor Vehicle documents are extended until May 15, 2020 to accommodate the current coronavirus circumstances.
This includes the following:
- Driver’s licences
- Vehicle Registrations
- Validation Tab
- Or, any motor vehicle document prescribed by the regulation
If you require a registry transaction completed outside of this list, we ask that you please contact your local registry services to determine if you need to attend an office. We are able to service some in-person registry transactions as required.
Westland locations with Registry Services are our: Coaldale, Forestburg, Valleyview, Hythe and Sundre locations.
Your health and safety are top of mind
Should you need to come into the office for registry services, rest assured we are taking additional steps to keep our spaces safe for you and our employees. We will be limiting the number of clients in the office at any one time to practice social distancing. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing in our locations, including workstations, countertops, pens and doorknobs being routinely wiped down and cleaned throughout the day. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available for use.
All employees have been asked to err on the side of caution and to remain at home if they exhibit any symptoms, reside with someone who is sick, or have recently travelled abroad.

In the event of a claim, please refer to our claims page to locate the contact information of the provider for your insurance, and submit the claim directly.
