I have been a customer of Westland for almost ten years now and have always been impressed with thorough and prompt service. This past week I was in a moment of urgency and Brittany was accommodating, helpful, and honestly a stellar example of exceptional customer service. I was greeted with a smile even though they had just unlocked the door 5 seconds before. Kudos to Brittany and the Westland Insurance group on the strip and Victoria in Cranbrook.
