Cassidy was great to deal with! She was very knowledgeable in the different packages offered and was very patient while we figured out what worked best for us! She investigated a situation that arose from the call center and really took the initiative to get a great solution for us! Cassidy has a very professional yet approachable personality, so it was lots of fun working with her! Thank you for all the help!!

We went to the Westland Insurance office in Dawson Creek to get all of our insurance updated. Sherri took excellent care of us and made us feel welcomed to Dawson Creek, while making sure everything was in order for our various insurance needs. Thank you so much Sherri!

Usually going in to these offices is a very mundane task and spikes my social anxiety. Numerous times I've faced a half-lidded robot that doesn't even look away from the screen nor bother to explain the differences between my options. My experience here was beyond exceptional, I felt like I was making new friends! Thanks Cassidy and the other ladies for being neighbourly and making me feel welcome! Also, they're hiring if anyone wants to help glow up the place with their personality like these ladies do :)
