Shelley Dievert renewed my vehicle insurance today for me, she was very helpful and informative. She let me know that the kilometers on my vehicle would not provide me with the benefit of a deduction as my base coverage has no deductions, and she also informed me that my driver’s licence is due for renewal this year and that I have the opportunity to renew up to six months prior to expiry. Her manner was professional and respectfully pleasant.

My experience with Westland has been great! Kim Blom has helped me with Auto insurance and travel insurance. Kim and all the staff are relaxed, professional and efficient. I recommend them and will continue to use them for all my insurance needs.

I went in frustrated because I could not get a quote from several other companies due to an out dated oil tank. I met two wonderful young ladies Kasha and Shelley that represented Westland with integrity and respect that calmed the frustration and heard me and my situation and exceeded all the interactions I had had with previous companies. Thank you ladies so much, you are an asset to clients and represent the company very well.

I went to Cowichan Commons to pay for my insurance and get a copy of the policy. The Agent was very helpful and was able to use the system to get what I needed very quickly.
