I had a challenging insurance requirement for my recently completed cob studio. What the heck is cob construction- google it and you can see my issue. Today I got the pleasure of having Paula M renew my car insurance over the phone. I spoke with the manager, Lynette C, first who quickly connected me to an auto expert. I have an unpredictable work schedule but Paula was able to get me in right away and was extremely efficient yet detailed in my renewal. Was about to find another company to get our house insurance as the Victoria offices were too busy to answer the phone. I was transferred to the Mill Bay office and Paula was able to take care of business! She also informed me of the Mywestland account system to sign up. Paula was able to go over the phone and explain to me, our policy and options that we had. Thank-you!

Westland Insurance recently relocated from inside Island Saving June 2023 to this new storefront location in Mill Bay Center. Provides insurance policies onsite for: cars, trucks, marine, rv, home, farm, hobby farm, collector and imported vehicles, seasonal rentals, and travel. Commercial insurance policies are completed virtually with site visits. Friendly staff. Thank you, Paula and Kiera, for exceptional service.

The staff is so extremely kinda and knowledgeable. ICBC experiences aren’t always the best and the staff was very patient in helping me get my ICBC debts paid without making me feel bad about it. Will definitely be returning
