We had sold and needed to adjust our policy to fit our new home. The new home had a few specific particulars, and there was a fair bit of confusion when dealing with other agencies and brokerages, but Celine handled it all very smoothly. She communicated quickly and was so patient with me. I will definitely be going to this location for all of our insurance needs, just based off of her amazing customer service alone! Thanks, Celine!

We recently changed our home insurance to Westland, as they gave us a very competitive quote. When it came time to renew this year, I did some research what other companies could offer.
