I love going to Westland Insurance to renew my car insurance. The whole team always seems as if they're having the best time together, and they work together to make sure I have the best coverage for the best price and its effortless every time. Andrina made sure I had all three of my policies renewed promptly and efficiently and she was so lovely through the entire process. She also gave me travel insurance when she found out I was travelling!!! Thanks Salt spring team.

Andrina was so incredibly efficient and helpful. I had my 7 month old with me and she worked fast and was understanding when I needed to step out mid transaction. Juli was nearby who kept my baby entertained as well! Westland has all of our business. Auto, Travel and Home. They're hands down THE best!

Westland Insurance provides excellent customer service. I moved all my insurance accounts from those stodgy agents across the street who seem to make it their mission of finding problems where they don't exist...Westland folks are well trained and know their stuff when it comes to complex transactions, -and they have great attitudes! Juli is my favourite!

Juli Paul is Westland's secret sauce for building customer loyalty. I've been using Westland for almost five years now. During that time, largely because of Juli's skills and personality, I've become a steady Westland customer. Juli is patient and relaxed, but at the same time careful and attentive to detail. Whether on the phone or in person, Juli encourages questions, is exceptionally clear in her explainations of complex insurance and paperwork issues, always takes the time to verify that I truly understand her clarifications, and never fails, before finishing, to verify that my coverage is excellent in all regards. On several occasions she has saved me money by pointing out better ways of timing the purchase of vehicle insurance, and of balancing my vehicle coverage between my stored emergency vehicle and my 'daily driver'. She radiates a genuine enjoyment of her interaction with customers, has a wonderful sense of humour, and is a complete natural at understanding and providing awesomely great customer service. Occasionally, when my Salt Spring friends are discussing some article in the news about insurance, we get to comparing the quality of service delivered by the island's insurance providers. When Westland is mentioned, Juli Paul's name invariably comes up in conversation... generally with high praise. Among Westland regulars, she is regarded as "simply the best" ... our reason for going back to Westland year after year without a thought of looking elsewhere. Thank you Juli
