Westland Insurance is a pleasure to deal with especially Jessica Cunningham. I had to renew my condo insurance and she was prompt and helpful with the renewal. Recently, I had to contact Westland for a different matter and was unable to get a hold of anyone. I tried calling Jessica directly, and she was readily available for my call. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. She consistently delivers 5 star customer service. Thank you Jessica;)

Belvea at the Sooke road branch in Colwood was amazingly helpful. She walked through the steps I needed to take to complete my business and patiently answered my questions. Very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. She deserves a raise.
