If your skills are a match, one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists will invite you for a quick 30-45 minute chat. It’s a great opportunity for you to share more about your background and find out more about the role. Plus, our team might spot a role that’s an even better fit for you, so stay open-minded!
If you move forward, you’ll have a 45-minute to 1-hour meeting with the hiring manager, and possibly some team members. This is your chance to dive deeper into your experience and learn how you can make an impact at Westland.
After your interviews, our Talent Acquisition Specialist will chat with the hiring manager and team to make a decision. If everything clicks, we’ll move forward with an offer!

Get ready to talk about your background, your work experience, and why you’re interested in the role. You will also be answering a few behavioural and/or situational questions.

- Tell us about a time you were under pressure to deliver results on a tight deadline. How did you manage your time and ensure the outcome was delivered on schedule?
This typically depends on the role and the number of interested applicants. In general, the process can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days from when you submit your application.

Our initial interviews are typically over the phone or via video call. Depending on your location, you may be asked to visit an office or branch for an interview in person, or we’ll stick with video for the final rounds.
We know waiting to hear back can be tough – and we truly appreciate your patience. Our Talent Acquisition team reviews every application carefully, and while timelines can vary depending on the role and number of applicants, we aim to provide an update within 2–3 weeks of your application. Our goal is to ensure that everyone hears back from us, whether you’re moving forward in the process or not. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch to chat about next steps.
