I don't even know how to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had with Kelly. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years, and have seen the best of the best to the worst. Kelly, hands down has provided the best care I've ever had!! She's incredibly pleasant, efficient and truly a pleasure to deal with. If you have the chance to work with her, I highly recommend it. My brother has spoken highly of her for many many years, and I thought he was exaggerating until I had the opportunity myself. Thanks Kelly, you're the best

We've been super happy with the service and advice from our representative, Corinna, the past 6 years. This past week, we bought a new car on short notice and needed a very quick turnaround in transferring our insurance. Rhonda was filling in for Corinna who was on vacation and again, I was blown away at her quick responses to my requests and questions. Before picking up our new car, I realized I had forgotten to answer her last set of questions and gave her a call. Rhonda dropped all and worked on my update immediately, allowing me to get my insurance in time for my appointment to pick up our car. Many, many, many thanks to Rhonda, Corinna, and the rest of the team!

I contacted Westland Insurance Brokerage and was pleasantly greeted by Greta. She was the only person after reaching out to a few other brokerages that understood my urgent situation and helped me. She is responsive, personable, and made getting my insurance policy easy and fast.

I switched to this insurance company from Intact insurance it was an absolute no brainer!!! I have dealt with Becca Angotti​​​​ for the last several years now and she always blows me away with her dedication to make her clients happy. This wonderful lady is amazing in every way she absolutely takes care of everything you need makes sure you get the best quality insurance at the best prices! Even when she is EXTREMELY BUSY she will put YOU above herself and her dust schedule. Her dedication to her work is unmatched by anyone I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have called her literally 10 times in one day about house insurance or car insurance and even if she can’t get to the phone because she is busy with another client she immediately gets back to you. She never misses a beat never ever drops the ball! She explains everything in great detail I highly recommend this woman in every way shape and form. She is never short with me always and I mean ALWAYS pleasant, happy and a pure joy to work with. She should be nominated for best employee because that is exactly what she deserves and I can guarantee whatever they pay her it’s not enough because she is absolutely worth gold to any company that is lucky enough to have her.
