I can't express enough how grateful I am for Janet’s incredible assistance with my car insurance. I was going through a challenging time trying to transfer my insurance from Ontario to Alberta, and Janet was absolutely instrumental in expediting the entire process. She handled everything with efficiency and professionalism, making what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also helped me add a new driver to the policy and made that process just as seamless. If I could give her 10 stars, I would! Janet truly went above and beyond, and her exceptional customer service made all the difference!

I don't even know how to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I had with Kelly. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years, and have seen the best of the best to the worst. Kelly, hands down has provided the best care I've ever had!! She's incredibly pleasant, efficient and truly a pleasure to deal with. If you have the chance to work with her, I highly recommend it. My brother has spoken highly of her for many many years, and I thought he was exaggerating until I had the opportunity myself. Thanks Kelly, you're the best

Kelly Niehaus has been nothing short of amazing while working to find the best home/auto policy.
