Michelle at this Westland was able to pull some real magic for me all in one day. She was patient and waited while I pulled up all the information she needed to switch my car insurance. She was able to look up another policy I had with a different Westland location and bundle it together to save us money. She even phoned with updates to let me know that the last of the paperwork had arrived at her office before she left for the long weekend. Everyone from the guy who was on his break who told me where the entrance was, the receptionist who's name I sadly forgot, to every staff member I dealt with there was very friendly and approachable. Thank you for making stressful paperwork easy guys!

Called Wendy today and she was great. Very polite and helpful. Explained everything to me. My broker at Acera often seems annoyed and short tempered. So it was nice to have someone polite to speak to and explain things to me.
