We contacted Westland insurance to assist us with a few complicated policies and Kristy Stewart was amazing. She clarified some complexities that we were struggling to understand and our other insurance broker failed to explain. We are very grateful for the help! Most appreciated though was her friendly patient attitude that made the whole experience a delight! Rarely can you say that about the insurance industry! We recommend Westland Insurance and especially Kristy to everyone!

The team here are fantastic! We deal with Tommy for all over insurance needs and especially in registering our Low Speed Electric vehicles. This is tricky for many insurance providers but Tommy has got it worked out and makes it so easy for us! It has made our lives so much easier and our customers appreciate how easy it is for them now to insure their LSV's. We drive from Vernon to deal with the team at Westland and it is very well worth it!

I love the team at Westland in Armstrong! Kristy S recently helped me with my home insurance renewal and saved me hundreds of dollars on a policy with better coverage, all while working with a tight schedule - I’m so glad I switched over! Tommy B helped me out when I sold my car and has a super knowledge of ICBC rules and procedures. Chandra, Carter and Patti are also amazing and I look forward to dealing with them too!
