She made suggestions but kept things moving so as to not take up too much of our time. She was great. When the next renewal is due, I'll probably just reach out to her directly. I’ve been dealing with Bailey Rumsey out of the Chemainus branch for 4 or 5 years. I should point out that I live in Victoria. I have a number of vehicles and so there have been a lot of transactions. Bailey provides top notch service and is very knowledgeable about insurance products. All of our dealings have been by phone / email and have been done quickly and correctly. I’d highly recommend dealing with Bailey and believe she out performs the local ((Victoria) agents hands down
