Bailey made my purchase of car insurance so easy and quick. I could not be happier as it all happened from the comfort of my sofa. Bailey is such a professional with genuine sincerity, helpfulness. She puts you as easy with her knowledge and any helpful suggestions. I will always have Bailey process my insurance and will recommend her to others looking for insurance of their own. Had a really wonderful experience working to update my tenants insurance for my new address with Cheryl. She was very nice to chat with over the phone and worked very quickly and diligently to get the change made for me. She also noticed that I was able to increase my coverage while saving some money and helped me do so!

I’ve been dealing with Bailey Rumsey out of the Chemainus branch for 4 or 5 years. I should point out that I live in Victoria. I have a number of vehicles and so there have been a lot of transactions. Bailey provides top notch service and is very knowledgeable about insurance products. All of our dealings have been by phone / email and have been done quickly and correctly. I’d highly recommend dealing with Bailey and believe she out performs the local ((Victoria) agents hands down

Wow, my call was routed to Westland Chemainus instead of their Invermere office, and Jody Erdoff took the call. Even though we were a 1 hr time difference AND across the province in distance apart she answered my questions re changing provincial licenses, insurance and inspection process, clearly with great directions!!! She could have said, no not my territory, but she helped and retained me as a NEW Westland client...THANKYOU JODY!!
