I renewed my ICBC auto policy with Jodie today. We spend half the year in California and the other half on wonderful Saltspring island and my conversation with Jodie set our return in perfect harmony. Bailey was incredible to deal with! I was originally paired with someone else who was very unorganized and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I was left with no answers and nothing was filed correctly or at all within the few weeks of trying to get ahold of her. When I finally called, Bailey answered and handled everything wonderfully and had everything I needed done within only a few hours. I appreciate how kind and accommodating she was. She had the answers I needed almost immediately, and was very quick to respond to my questions.

Since moving to the island Jen has been a great help with my vehicle insurance, any questions i had she was able to explain them all thoroughly and has always been quick and informative. Cheryl also helped me with my tenant insurance and had all answers to all of my questions with quick delivery of documents. would recommend!!
