Allie was so professional and knowledgeable about our car insurance renewal. She had great recommendations and took her time with us. She explained in detail what we were signing up for. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed her sense of humour while still maintaining her professionalism. We had Allie assist us with our other car renewal last month and we made sure and looked forward to having Allie assist us again with our 2nd vehicle today. I want to thank specifically , Parveen. At the chilliwack location for waking up and coming to work that day. She made a very boring and monotonous interaction exciting and fun . Very professional and quick with the keyboard . I was silly and forgot to get my insurance sorted the day before . The only reason I could go hunting for last day of open season, was because this location was open at 10:00 . I was able to insure my quad and get into the mountains .
