I had the wonderful experience of renewing storage insurance over the phone with Kyla in Cranbrook! My branch happened to be closed for the long weekend. Kyla was efficient, kind, super friendly & gave me some insight on her hometown of Cranbrook! Before I knew it my insurance was set to go! Thank you Kyla for your exceptional customer service today! I'm only giving 5 Stars for Lindsay. Iv dealt with her for a number of years now and she's just the best. If I have an issue with anything she is my go to. She knows her stuff and never stops trying to go above and beyond to help anyone.

Great place!. The staff are always helpful at both locations. Had one issue with the notary lady at the location near starbucks having a terrible attitude but maybe it was an off day. However, Brian at that location is awesome! Goes the extra mile to help out.
