I went in to the office to renew my car insurance. Jessie Snaychuk looked after me and she was fantastic. I noticed before I went in there that I had collision on my car. I wanted to cancel it because my vehicle is a 2003. Jessie Explained to me the importance of having collision which I was not aware of. I'm 74 years old and I never knew how important it was. She was very informative with all the questions I had.

I recently renewed home and auto insurance. Jessie S. was the employee I worked with. Although she is new to the company, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot this year). With one question, Jessie said she wanted to refer to another staff member to make sure she was giving me correct information. She followed up with emails to confirm the details and to check if I needed anything else. I am grateful for her time and highly recommend her to other customers. Cheers.
