Veronica went above and beyond to help us get our trailer insured in our required timeframe. The trailer was out of town, but it needed to be sited before it could be insured, but we needed it insured in order to move the trailer. Veronica drove out to where the trailer was and sited it for us. It’s great to see that some people still offer some great customer service! Thank you so much Veronica!

Recently, I reached out to Westland Insurance for assistance with my insurance renewal and other claim related queries. The representative I spoke with i.e., Rohit helped me out with all my questions and sorted out all my queries. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and effective in resolving my issue. I would definitely recommend their services based on this experience. Rohit was outstanding🤘🏻🥳

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I was there to transfer my registration from my old vehicle to a new vehicle, and the insurance advisor Rohit helped me to get all the paperwork completed in a very professional way. I highly recommend this place for any kind of auto insurance needs.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is excellent. My car insurance was expiring in few days and when I called at their office, the representative over the phone named as Rohit, quickly and effectively renewed my insurance over the phone and mailed my insurance papers to my address.
