The employee- Arinder Kaur at the Gibsons, BC branch was fantastic! Not only did she put together all my insurance needs quickly and efficiently, she also located an overpayment of a storage insurance policy that went on for years. In turn, I received refund cheques from ICBC. Thank you Arinder !

The people working here are very nice. Rawan was in training but you wouldn't be able to tell. He was very helpful and professional and kind and capable and answered all of my questions with care. The 5 stars goes to him and the other nice people working there who had helped me previously.
