Got my insurance renewed with Josh over the phone and it was by far the smoothest and easiest renewal I've done! Josh was kind and efficient. The entire process took only 15 minutes! Highly recommend Westland insurance's phone renewal and particularly Josh as an advisor!

Had to change my address. I moved here recently and then got a speeding ticket & was reminded to. Sanjana was extremely helpful & friendly. Josh was charming & friendly and Ben was enjoying the banter between me, Josh & Sanjana & joining in periodically. Felt like I was hanging out with friends.
