Tried to call placed on hold for half an hour, then my call was disconnected called back and waited another half finally gave up. This would never have happened when it was Lambert Insurance. Received a phone call from the branch manager, Vanessa. I was very impressed, after writing a negative review, she called to rectify the issue. 👍

Really nice folks who get things done right. Strange to think that an insurance agency would have service so good that it's worth reviewing... but that's exactly what Lambert Insurance has. 2022 update - They are now Westland Insurance, but it's the same exceptional service. Most recently, Bradley was an awesome help.
