It's always a pleasure connecting with Kylie Emsland at Westland Insurance. Easy to reach by phone and very knowledgeable and clear with her communication style. I love how she was able to sort out my auto insurance needs and adjustments securely by phone and email while I was travelling. Westland is lucky to have her on the team!

We recently had a glass claim, I reported it and had a quick response and subsequent follow up from Chelsey Wilch at the branch. The repair was also handled quickly by Family Glass and the insurance company SRIM had it paid within the week of my receipt submission. Overall amazing service from all involved! Super impressed!!! Many thanks!!!
