I did not have time to go to the Westland office today but had to add auto insurance under the new ICBC rules for adding drivers. Kristen Twynstra was extremely helpful and patient while I wrapped my brain around everything that needed to be done to make ICBC happy and my insurance correct.

I had insurance due and talked to the call centre on a Saturday afternoon after a short wait I was connected with Hardeep Kaur, a Vancouver area based insurance specialist who answered all my questions and was able to insure two items expediently and accurately. She asked all the right questions as well. Thank you for your service Hardeep.

This was an amazing place to make an easy transaction. I have a concussion and Robert was very patient in guiding us through the sale and buying of this vehicle and then explained the insurance rules to me many of them more then once until I understood. He even provided his business card and stated to call him if I needed further explanation of my insurance policy.
