I'm renewing my home insurance (have been using Westland Ladner for a few years), and this time my situation is a bit different, needs assistance and advice. Shani Small at the Ladner branch has been very helpful and patient with me. She is also knowledgeable. I just want to thank Shani for all her help!!!

Amazing service provided to me by Shani Smalls from the Ladner Westland Insurance location. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for with my small business and the insurance I needed for a craft market. The process for this type of insurance is a bit complicated, and Shani was so helpful with finding information and relaying it back to me. Amazing lady, great service!
