Our family have been using Westland Insurance for many years now for all of our insurance needs. Previously we were using other agencies but the minute I walked into Westland and met Loni Livingstone, I knew we had found the person we could trust from that point forward. Loni always greets us with a smile and a friendly welcome, but more importantly, she is a confident professional with a deep understanding of all of the different types of insurance we require. She is rapidly responsive to both e-mails and in-person inquiries and never leaves a question unanswered. Loni is able to explain the rules and regulations of the insurance world in layman's terms so we can understand the process and make informed decisions. She is very diligent about making sure that we have the appropriate amount of protection for our needs without being overinsured. Loni is sensitive, understanding, intelligent, and compassionate and has a wonderful sense of humour. I have witnessed her many times helping and guiding the other agents at her location and it is clear that she is an incredibly knowledgable mentor to the them as well as being a huge asset to the Westland Insurance organization. My 1st Car Insurance in Langley, BC - I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I reached out for assistance on phone 1st and later in office, specially Arinder Kaur was incredibly responsive, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear and concise answers, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this Westland Insurance branch to anyone looking for exceptional service.
