Renewing auto insurance over the phone , never did it before , but today, Danielle , the customer representative made the whole process look so smooth. It took literally less than 2 mins for whole process. I was out of town for my work, when i saw reminder of my car insurance renewal, so i called on westland, she helped me out and mailed me my new insurance documents. Extremely thankful for her quick and friendly service.
