Westland is always so easy to work with! I've used them for my auto insurance at another location for a while but this was my first experience with the Nanaimo location for tenants insurance. As always, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Tiffany was a pleasure to work with- she was efficient and answered my questions in a professional and kind manner. Thank you so much!

Came into the store today and was welcomed in by Tanya. She helped me get my CRV ready for lemonade selling season (this model has the built in picnic table... fancy, right?!) From start to finish Tanya was professional, knowledgeable and funny! Free smiles and smooth sailing ahead this summer. Thank you for the good experience today.

Received excellent service from Tiffany Ridgwell. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me and was willing to take an extra few minutes to answer all my questions. I already purchase my automobile insurance with Westland and today I obtained my tenancy insurance through them as well. Glad I popped in👍

Angie called me to follow up on a question I had about my house insurance policy (she clearly and immediately answered my question). She called me in the absence of her colleague who was handling my house insurance. While chatting (she was very pleasant) I mentioned I was going on a trip. She inquired if I had considered travel insurance which I had not because I thought it would be expensive. She offered to give me a quote. I bought the insurance. She was so very helpful and the travel health insurance coverage was reasonable. If she had not inquired I would not have gotten the insurance. Angie was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and gave me peace of mind. I was so pleased with her service - from her simple friendly question to my peace of mind - awesome!

Tanya E at the Estevan Road branch was extremely helpful with my vehicle transfer paperwork. She made sure all my documents were filled out properly and her confidence and thoroughness left me satisfied that nothing had been missed. Excellent customer service!
