I have always had great service from this office and that is why I have dealt with them for over 20 years. On a recent visit, I had the pleasure of dealing with Crystal. She was helpful, knowledgable and made a difficult experience very painless and easy to handle! Also, it was far less expensive than expected, which is always amazing! Crystal knew her stuff, gave me great advice and was a pleasure to deal with. Although nobody likes to deal with insurance, I will happily look for Crystal the next time I need anything! Crystal assisted me with my home insurance again this year. She was professional and was proactive in reviewing my policy with me. She also noted a few areas of concern that I may have otherwise missed. When we had an issue with our payment she was also very understanding and helped us to get things straightened out! Ryan at Westland Insurance was outstanding! I was importing a vehicle from out of country, a daunting task. He clearly communicated the steps, forms I'd need, and made sure it all made sense to me. He was very thorough and informed in this process, which not everyone I have talked to was. Overall the entire experience was great, and I'll always try to deal directly with Ryan whenever I can(although everyone was great).

Over the past few years I’ve had excellent insurance service with Westland insurance in Osoyoos. Recently, I needed to arrange home insurance at the last minute prior to possession date. Crystal went above and beyond to help us over the phone! She is extremely knowledgeable and her customer service skills are second to none! When we arrived in town, we met with her to finish off the last details and in the end, we were extremely happy with the product she found for us and her extremely kind service. I would highly recommend connecting with her for your insurance needs. Five stars to you Crystal!
