I've had to go to this establishment three times over the last few months for a few insurance renewals, and trip insurance, etc. Every time I go there I've had the pleasant experience of dealing with Jessie. She's always been pleasant and joyful and it has had a huge sense of professionalism. I highly recommend Westland in Parksville. They have a crew that will genuinely make sure that you get the best deal possible and make you leave with a smile.
