Leah H. was incredible to work with. She provided great support during a stressful time, moving during fire season. She was efficient, knowledgeable and so considerate of our needs and our concerns. She was on top of the fire situation that arose right before we were ready to finalize and kept us informed and reassured the whole time. I highly recommend both Westland Insurance, and Leah.

I renewed my insurance today over the phone/email. Debbie was asked by the branch manager, Karen, to call me and assist. Wow! Such professional, courteous, service! She called when she said she would, answered any questions I had, and walked me through the process (I'm used to renewing in person). Thanks Debbie!
