Harpreet provided great customer service. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me renew my auto insurance with ease. She even filled out a business expense form for me that she was not familiar with. Even though she required help from the manager to fill it in, I was impressed. They even got a coworker in to verify the total since it was a difficult calculation. Great team work!

I had the pleasure of having the assistance of Melissa Kamma from the Port Alberni Branch. She has been all sorts of amazing in helping me. She has been proactive, prompt in responding, empathetic to stressful situations, and over all a delight to have on the other end of the phone/keyboard. HIGHLY recommend doing service with her. It is people like her that will keep me coming back: it is nice to not feel like a file number on a computer.

Hi there, I had Jeff V helping me out yesterday and he couldn't have been more patient and kind. I was calling him from my car, sitting in a parking lot, and somehow we were able to renew my insurance! It took a lot of patience I'm sure, but he was cheery and an absolute joy to talk to.
