Harpreet provided great customer service. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me renew my auto insurance with ease. She even filled out a business expense form for me that she was not familiar with. Even though she required help from the manager to fill it in, I was impressed. They even got a coworker in to verify the total since it was a difficult calculation. Great team work!

Hi there, I had Jeff V helping me out yesterday and he couldn't have been more patient and kind. I was calling him from my car, sitting in a parking lot, and somehow we were able to renew my insurance! It took a lot of patience I'm sure, but he was cheery and an absolute joy to talk to. He helped me out quickly and I was on my way again. Thanks again for the laughs Jeff, was a pleasure!
