I went into the office to discuss my upcoming house insurance and Mani was so polite and helpful. He spent quite some time with me and answered all my questions and then followed up with an email with some outstanding issues. I have been a customer with the company for many years and will continue to be for many more years in the future! Thank you Mani.

Whether in person or online, Westland Insurance in Steveston offers the highest level of customer service. Last week, I renewed my insurance online in a matter of minutes and received a confirmation email from Mani Jagadeesan. The problem was that I didn't reply to confirm my intention to renew. Nevertheless, the next day, Mani called me to make sure that my renewal corresponded to my needs. I think this shows how professional he is and that he takes the time to look after each and every customer.

I have been renewing my insurance online for 2 years, however, this year, Mani Jagadeesan was very quick in responding and the renewal only took 5 minutes. This must be a new staff whom I haven't encountered before. Good Job, Mani. Excellent service.

I’ve been coming here to renew my auto insurance for years. No complaints but I’ve always had plenty of questions about the various factors which impact my rate. Today Mani took such care and time to answer all my inquiries. Really wonderful service experience, thank you Mani!
