Jaelyn was so friendly, efficient, helpful and thorough! I dealt with her last year for my auto insurance as well and had the same excellent experience. It’s also a really nice environment to walk into, spacious, light, clean and comfortable. I’ve always had good service at Westland on Salt Spring. We’re lucky to have them.

Such a friendly and welcoming experience shared with Jelyne at Westland Insurance. Samantha Dewey at the Salt spring location assisted us in a timely efficient way. We contacted 5 other insurance firms who chose not to return calls, answer our emails or give us quotes in a timely manner which was required . Sam went above and beyond and helped us every step of the way! I highly recommend this insurance agency and all the help we received from the staff!
