Jaelyn was so friendly, efficient, helpful and thorough! I dealt with her last year for my auto insurance as well and had the same excellent experience. It’s also a really nice environment to walk into, spacious, light, clean and comfortable. I’ve always had good service at Westland on Salt Spring. We’re lucky to have them.
