I requested information on home insurance on Westland's website and got a quick response from Kelsey Waite. We had heard nightmares about no one wanting to help with mobile home insurance but the whole process was smooth and stress-free. In fact, I still have had no response whatsoever from my local auto agent. Customer Service is very rare, but vital and we got looked after. Thanks to Kelsey and her contacts, insurance and peace of mind are delivered.

Amazing experience yesterday dealing with Jason. I sent an online quote request through their website. Received an email from Jason within 5 minutes, responded back with his questions. I received insurance within an hour all while at my desk. Awesome service!
