Was referred to Monica at Westland as one of the stronger representatives to help walk me through my insurance needs and she was able to confirm that I was to get the best coverage available to me that suited my needs. She was very easy to talk to, her response time in getting back to me with questions, concerns and moving progress along was top notch and I couldn't ask for more. She was knowledgeable in her line of work and if there was a question she needed to confirm first, she made sure she was most up to date first. Monica was a pleasure to work with and I'm comforted in my coverage knowing that she helped me.

We chose Westland Insurance South Pont location for our home insurance on our new home. MONICA was our agent . She was exceptional, knowledgeable, and very professional. She contacted our Notary, kept us in the loop. Everything went very fast and smooth. I would recommend everyone who is in need for insurance to contact MONICA at South Point Location. She is great. My husband and I stopped in right after completing our Provincial inspection to get our car registered and insured - following our move up from the states last month. We were helped by Keisha and another lady employee who's name I sadly didn't catch. Both were awesome and extremely helpful. Despite us having forgotten to bring a couple pieces of our paperwork they got me started on the process while my husband ran home to get what we needed, and were incredibly patient as we sorted everything out. We were given copies of all our documents and the process was explained clearly whenever we didn't understand something. We were able to get set up quickly and had our plates and policy in hand within an hour or so, despite us having to drive back home to get some of our documentation. Though we were Keisha's first Out Of Province insurance setup, she handled us like a pro and was awesome to work with. Very professional, kind, and helpful; they answered all our questions and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We will definitely be back and would recommend coming here for a good insurance experience - especially if you're new to BC like we were. Thank you, ladies!

I went into the South Point Westland Insurance with a complex insurance need. The quick version - Transferring owner ship of a travel trailer I purchased into my name. I was helped by Keisha and I’d recommend this company and her expertise to anyone who asks. Keisha spend some time on this matter for me; she was patience and knowledgeable through the process, making me feel confident. Any insurance needs - I’d recommend this location with no hesitation.
