I have been with Westland Insurance for several years. The process has always been quick and easy. You can order insurance online as well, and this just shows the flexibility of the business. Today, Eric Lee helped me with my insurance and it took no more than 10 minutes. Very quick, efficient and it was a pleasure to speak with Eric. In the past, I have also dealt with other insurance advisors both in person and over the phone and all of them have been a great experience. Not a single unpleasant encounter!

I renewed my auto insurance with Westland today. It was an awesome experience. Mark Euringer was my agent. He was thorough and professional, and collected all the necessary details. And got me, the appropriate discounts. Quick, efficient and so much easier than going through the rain to an agent. Thank you!!

I had a friendly and pleasant experience today renewing my auto insurance at the West 10th avenue Westland Insurance. Lara was the agent I spoke with and she was exceptionally helpful, professional and kind. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Ritika was great to deal with at Westland Point Grey. Very efficient and she walked me through a tricky policy adjustment over the pone and email. She saved me a ton of time and money! Much appreciated!
