I called Westland insurance & spoke with Snow Li and she assisted me with making some modifications to my home insurance policies. She was very personable and answered every question I had asked. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would definitely contact her again for insurance assistance in the future.

I have interacted with several agents at Westland Insurance, and have always been very satisfied with their service. Yesterday Rita at the W8 office in Vancouver helped me with online auto insurance. She was professional, and extremely helpful. I will always recommend Westland, based on the service that i receive from agents such as Rita.

After a negative experience with another autoplan broker, I went to Westland Insurance for more information and additional coverage. The lady was very friendly and helped me enormously. I felt heard and respected. Would recommend to anyone.
