Hannah and Ishita were fantastic! We needed to change our plates and insurance from out of province and they made everything so easy and pleasant! I never felt overwhelmed or rushed, both were extremely professional and charismatic. 100% would recommend this location to others.

Today, I spoke with Marlene at the Uptown Office. I had confusion about my policy renewal, and the new payment system through first insurance funding. Although I am not happy with how Westland has handled this new arrangement, Marlene was absolutely fantastic! She understood my concerns immediately, and went the extra mile to answer my questions and to fully explain payment options, guiding me through the next steps. I have been a long time Westland Insurance customer and am happy to know that when I place a call, I am able to speak with someone as knowledgeable and attentive as Marlene. Clearly, she is a great support to Westland clients and the perfect ambassador for the company!! Kudos to Marlene. Thank you!

I had such a great experience with Marlene today at Westland Insurance. She was super friendly and professional and helped me do the transfer of insurance for my new car. I’m new to Canada, so Marlene took me through every step, explained it in excellent detail so I felt comfortable at every stage. Can’t recommend her enough. Very pleasant experience, in fact, the best experience I have had at an insurance company. Thank you Marlene!

Called around to a couple of insurance places this morning to get out of a quick bind and connected with Marlene who was so fantastic! She assisted us quickly and was very kind and knowledgeable. 100% would recommend her services!

What an excellent service. It hardly took 10 minutes. I never thought auto renewal could be so easy and quick over the phone. Swapna did an amazing job. She was calm, friendly and very engaging. I highly recommend her. You saved my few hours.
