Once I was ready to perform the swap, Ramona was extremely helpful. Ramona was so helpful! Every time I’ve had to get car insurance before, I’ve always felt overwhelmed by the amount of options and not really been sure what all the add ons mean. I explained to Ramona that I had a new car, and wanted to keep costs down, but ensure I had the right options for important coverage. She very patiently went through all the different options, taking time to compare the prices of different coverages and ensuring I fully understood what I was being covered for. She answered all my questions and I left feeling I had a much better understanding of everything, and confident with my choices for cover. Thanks for all the help!! :)
