I needed to change my payment method for home insurance purposes and there was some urgency involved. I can say without hesitation that the customer service I received from both of the representatives I interacted with was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure that the necessary change was implemented immediately. Not only were they efficient they were both so pleasant to deal with! I have been a satisfied customer of Westland for years. Highly recommended.

Initially, I engaged with Westland Insurance to transfer my license from Ontario to Manitoba. Just about three weeks ago, I had to cancel my Manitoba driver’s license and auto insurance over the phone as I relocated to Quebec. Throughout my interactions, their customer representatives consistently demonstrated professionalism and politeness, making every encounter a pleasure. Their deep understanding of their work was evident. This experience highlighted the importance of reliability when serving the public; my encounter with another auto insurance provider in Winnipeg fell short in this regard.

I went into Westland in Steinbach this morning. I had to renew MPI on 2 existing vehicles and register 1 new one. I was helped by Jessica at the front counter and she did a great job. She was through, organized and friendly. I was very satisfied with the help and explanations I received from her. Highly recommended!! 5 stars, thank you.
