Karen has been extremely helpful in setting up both my auto policy, as well as, my tenants policy. She took the time to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly. I am very pleased with the service that has been provided to me by Karen and Westland insurance.

I've been with Sears Insurance (now Westmorland) for probably around 20 years. After Caroline left, I was worried because she was really on top of things for me, and my insurance situation is a bit complex. I've been working with Sandy for a while now and very happy. He's really on the ball, and solves things quickly when I need changes or temporary updates to my policies.
