Some people rate by how much their policy costs. For me its service. I was hit on the hwy after work heading home damaging my entire drivers side. My claim was immediately started as my agent answered my call immediately while I was still on the accident site after typical working hours. TICK! Claims dept contacted me first thing the next morning, had a rental set up for me at Enterprise, same day had my quote done on the repairs (another fantastic company but not the place to name here ok PROSHINE), the quote was approved in about 24 hrs. TICK!! I was fully repaired and back on the road in less than 3 weeks. 2 new doors, new quarter panel complete paint job no deductible (was not my fault). Truck looking amazing btw TICK!!! There were 2 other vehicles in the accident and I can speak on one only but I had my truck done and back before there vehicle was even started. Could I find a cheaper rate. I am sure. Can I find that same service. I don't know and for me and my family not a risk worth taking to save a hundred a year. BOOM!!!!
