He is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and understand the needs and requirement of his customer, Whenever I have a question or help I can call Shahrom Aboli, and he is happy to help every time. I am glad that I have finally found not only a reliable company but a very genuine reliable broker to handle my insurance needs. I have had a very positive experience with First Durham. Lynda has been my broker for well over ten years. My home and auto insurance coverage is always explained in detail and on occasion when I call the office it is always a pleasant experience. This fall my renewal makes me particularly happy as my annual bill is actually lower.

I have been using First Durham Insurance company as my broker for many years. No matter for vehicle insurance or home insurance, they provide excellent customer service and support especially Susie He. Every time I call Susie regarding my insurance coverage, any changes, she always explains it to me in patient, more details and reply it in time efficiency. She is very well organized in paper work and related document. She provided outstanding strong support to the customer when we need it. I definitely recommend Susie to my relatives, friends who has home and vehicle insurance need.

We use First Durham for both our business insurance and our personal auto insurance. We have been using them for many many years and we always get the best rates and customer service from them.
