Our Broker, Brett Russell, is amazingly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and supportive. We have been truly blessed to have had Brett as our Insurance Broker for approximately 17 years. He has helped us with several insurance issues, including, the damage of the 2022 Tornado. Brett is always available to answer questions, lend his support and to guide us in the direction we need to go when dealing with insurance claims or insurance questions. To us, Brett feels like family and I could not ask for a better Insurance Broker. 😁
