You can use MyWestland anytime to get your insurance documents, send us a message, make a payment and report claims. Instead of printing documents we are sharing them with you securely online to reduce our impact on the environment and give you new ways to reach us.
Don’t have an account? If you live in BC, check your email for a registration link from [email protected]. If you haven’t received an email contact your Westland Insurance Branch for help.
We look forward to inviting our business clients and clients from other Provinces (outside of BC) to MyWestland in mid-2024.

How can I get access to MyWestland?
MyWestland is new and we are just starting to invite our clients to sign up. Most clients are getting an invitation as their policy is renewed.
Choose which works best for you:
- Visit or call your branch to let them know what your new email address is
- Call MyWestland support at 1-888-436-6995
Most of the time your username will be your email address. If that is not working visit your branch or call MyWestland support at 1-888-436-6995 to get help. To reset your password visit my.westlandinsurance.ca and click “Forgot password.”
Generally, the best way to update your information is to call or visit your branch. You can also request to have your email or phone number updated by calling MyWestland Client Support at 1-888-436-6995.
