You can use MyWestland anytime to get your insurance documents, send us a message, make a payment and report claims. Instead of printing documents we are sharing them with you securely online to reduce our impact on the environment and give you new ways to reach us.
Please note: As of November 15th 2024 Canada Post is actively on strike, which could disrupt mail services. This may delay the delivery of important documents, including your insurance policies and renewal notices. To avoid any inconvenience, please consider accessing your documents using the MyWestland client portal, available to all Westland clients.

FAQ
All Westland Insurance clients can use the MyWestland Client Portal. Call or email your local branch to have a Westland advisor create an account for you.
To reset your password visit my.westlandinsurance.ca and click on “Forgot password.”
Your username is your email address. If that is not working, contact your branch or call MyWestland support at 1 (888) 436-6995 to get help.
You can update your contact information such as email and phone numbers on MyWestland, under your “Account settings.”
To update other details such as name, address, additional insureds, and others, contact your Westland branch.
